Fund Raiser Details

Non-profit organizations, youth sports and athletics associations and civic organizations all have one thing in common.  They need to raise funds in order to function.  Most of these funds come from events, donations and fund raisers.  Vinyl Expressions has a perfect fund raising program that can be tailored to fit all types of organizations.  We offer two types of fund raising programs.

PRE SELL - PERSONALIZED:  We offer a pre-order system that allows participants to order personalized decals to show their pride and support for their family athlete or organization.  These are everywhere and are extremely popular item among athletic and cheer/dance organizations.  Customer will choose from several layouts and pre-pay for their decals over a set period of time (you can choose how long to pre sell).  Once the ordering period is done, turn in your order forms and payment to Vinyl Expressions.  We will expedite the order as soon as it's submitted.  Generally, the turnaround time is one to two weeks (based on the size of the order).  Your completed decals will be delivered for distribution or you can choose to have them mailed directly to the buyers (additional charges would apply).  All decals come with installation instructions and links to our web site's installation instructions page for even more detailed information.

RETAIL - STANDARD:  If you belong to a civic organization such as Lion's, VFW, Kiwanis, Elks or another such group, you can choose one of two options.  You can use the pre-order system (as described above) to sell personalized decals or you can order ready to sell decals.  These can be put on display and sold instantly.  Minimum orders can be as few as 5 and they are priced based on order size.  The more you order, the bigger your savings and the more profitable you sales will be.  Of course, this is not just limited to the civic organizations.  If your athletic organization wants to have decals to sell in their concession stands, please contact us for a quote.
